Rick Little

Rick Little has over 45 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of complex mechanical systems - 30 of which include his tenure at Starwin. In 2005, he assumed the position of company President, and has since led the company to new heights including spearheading the process of gaining ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certifications. Additionally, he’s driven a strong focus on cutting-edge technical capabilities, steering Starwin into more profitable markets and leading to the current presence in aerospace and defense. He is a dedicated advocate for manufacturing in our community, serving on the board of the Dayton Region Manufacturing Association (DRMA), and on the Mayor’s Manufacturing Taskforce to address workforce shortages in the Dayton area.

Mark Belt

Mark Belt has over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, spending 30 of them at Starwin Industries. Since advancing to VP of Manufacturing in 2005, the combination of his industry knowledge and out-of-the-box thinking has been a driving force behind Starwin’s transformation from a small industrial shop to the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility it is today. His leadership and personal commitment to helping customers overcome their hurdles with complex projects has been invaluable in setting Starwin apart from our competitors. To him, “doing whatever it takes” isn’t just a motto – it’s a way of life.

Michael Little

Michael Little attended specific classes at Wright State University with a focus on business management, marketing, and IT administration. His career began in business development and customer service within a range of industries - including executive recruiting and staffing for aerospace manufacturing services. Upon joining Starwin, he served as a Sales Engineer for over 20 years before assuming his current role as VP of Sales & Marketing where he lives and breathes the Starwin mission.
