Rick Little

Rick Little has over 45 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of complex mechanical systems - 30 of which include his tenure at Starwin. He served for 15 years as company President leading the company to new heights including spearheading the process of gaining ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certifications. He is a dedicated advocate for manufacturing in our community and has served on the board of the Dayton Region Manufacturing Association (DRMA) and on the Mayor’s Manufacturing Taskforce to address workforce shortages in the Dayton area. Today, Rick’s focus is on advancing Starwin’s composite capabilities and steering Starwin into more profitable markets in aerospace and defense.

Mark Belt

Mark Belt has over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, spending 30 of them at Starwin Industries. Since advancing to VP of Manufacturing in 2005, the combination of his industry knowledge and out-of-the-box thinking has been a driving force behind Starwin’s transformation from a small industrial shop to the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility it is today. His leadership and personal commitment to helping customers overcome their hurdles with complex projects has been invaluable in setting Starwin apart from our competitors. To him, “doing whatever it takes” isn’t just a motto – it’s a way of life.

Michael Little

Michael Little attended Wright State University with a focus on business management, economics, and IT administration. His career has focused largely on business development and customer service within a variety of industries - including executive recruiting and staffing for aerospace manufacturing services. Since 1996, he has held positions at Starwin ranging from Software Engineer to the VP of Sales & Marketing. He now leads the company as its General Manager where he lives and breathes the Starwin mission of growth and building a world class reputation in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
